- Exercising before or after you eat. Contracting muscles remove sugar from your bloodstream without needing insulin.
- Eat a diet of vegetables, fruits, wholegrains, beans, nuts and other seeds.
- Avoid foods with added sugar and all sugared drinks including fruit juices, as well as mammal meat, processed meat, and fried foods. As you lose weight, liver fat is reduced and you become better able to respond to insulin.
- Get regular chiropractic care. Chiropractic care is focused on allowing your spine and nerves to work to the best of their ability, which also helps your organs to function to the best of their ability.
