My back pain has gone

I experienced back pain which was making it difficult for me to move or perform every day tasks. Following adjustments with Nicole, I started doing core strengthening exercises, and… no more pain. Piggybacking on the resetting and realigning – it was easy to get into it and keep it going, so life’s great at the moment.  Thanks for getting me on the road to healing ! - Ryan White
