My 2nd pregnancy was much easier, I slept better and had more energy and the labour was much shorter thanks to chiropractic

​From about 20 weeks of my second pregnancy, I was suffering from a lot of general aches and pains, but specifically sciatica. I could not pick up my toddler.  I did a session 2 to 3 times a week until about 38 weeks.  Without a doubt, without the chiropractic, I would have been bedridden with pain. But instead I could move around, stand upright and walk properly. I could pick up my toddler with no aches and pains. Nicole also helped my body deal with stress better, I slept better and had more energy. She took time to figure out the underlying reasons for my pain. 
The biggest benefit to me though was my labouring process. With my first child I was in labour for 24 hours… 14 being active labour! It took so long to progress leaving me in so much pain for a very long period of time. But this time I was in active labour for about 4 hours… it just progressed so quickly. It was still really painful, but much better to handle as it was for a short time. And for that I will definitely credit my chiro sessions with Nicole. She made sure my pelvis and hips were in alignment. I am so grateful I did these sessions as I was not looking forward to another long labour.
