I was suffering from severe IBS, anxiety with nocturnal panic attacks and back and neck pain from tension due to work stress. I have experienced improvements in all these areas. I hardly experience IBS flare ups and don't take any medication for it any more. I was taught how to work through my anxiety and since I've started, I haven't experienced any panic attacks. The back and neck is a given - I have no pain. I sleep much better and feel like I have more energy. I would highly recommend the practice and only wish that there was another branch in other areas to assist my family and have more people benefit from this - Yolande de Wet.
