The Way You Live Will Change Your Brain (for Better or Worse)

Welcome to this week’s Brain Based Wellness News.

In today’s news we will look at how the way you live impacts your brain, for better or worse!

Brain biology and social conditioning, like your values, beliefs, hopes, and fears, produces your behaviours, both good and bad.

In other words, the way we live will change our brains! Stress has a major effect on your brain, which can eventually dictate your behaviour. Stress shuts down the digestive system, cell production that heals wounds, and over time, reproductive organs.

There is also profound evidence chronic stress causes DNA to age faster, which makes you age faster.

Some people handle stress better than others; however, it is important to make it a priority to cope with the stresses in your own life through exercise, a healthy diet, proper sleep, and meditation. And of course, chiropractic care has been found to help people better manage their health and stress.

Get regular chiropractic check-ups for the whole family, and make sure your spine and your brain are working the best they can.

Your health will be better because of it.
