Our Methods Set Us Apart!

We combine gentle, neurologically based techniques with supportive therapies to address stress, restore balance, and improve function. From precise adjustments to advanced evaluations, our methods are designed to help your body heal, adapt, and thrive.

Our Techniques to Support Your Care

Alongside Torque Release Technique, we may incorporate other gentle methods to support your healing. These approaches are tailored to your needs and focus on reducing tension, improving function, and helping your body adapt more effectively to stress.

Torque Release Technique (TRT)

A gentle, precise form of chiropractic care that uses a handheld instrument instead of forceful twisting or cracking. It focuses on releasing tension in the spine and nervous system, helping the body restore balance, reduce stress, and function at its best. Many people find TRT relaxing, effective, and supportive of long-term wellbeing.

Soft Tissue Therapy / Ischemic Compression

Manual pressure is applied to targeted areas of tissue to relieve tension, stimulate blood flow, and support muscle recovery.

Access Bars

Access Bars® is a gentle technique where 32 points on the head are lightly touched to release stress, tension, and limiting thoughts. A session feels deeply relaxing and may support better sleep, improved mood, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing. Safe, non-invasive, and practiced worldwide, Access Bars helps your mind and body reset with greater ease.

Dry Needling

Acupuncture needles are placed in muscular trigger points to help reduce pain, release tightness, and improve function.

Kinesio Taping

Kinesio Tape can support muscles, joints, and fascia by reducing pressure on pain receptors, improving fluid movement, and enhancing performance and recovery.

SOT Blocking

Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) uses wedge-shaped blocks placed under the pelvis to reduce tension, stabilize spinal alignment, and ease dural stress.

How We Use Torque Release Technique (TRT)

Torque Release Technique is a gentle and modern approach to chiropractic care that focuses on improving the connection between your brain, spinal cord, and body. Unlike traditional manual adjustments, TRT uses a small handheld instrument called the Integrator, along with very precise, gentle touches to the spine. This allows your chiropractor to make highly specific corrections without twisting, cracking, or high-force movements.

Understanding TRT

How it Works

The spine and nervous system are closely connected through protective coverings called meninges.

When areas of stress or tension (called primary subluxations) build up at key points, they can affect the way nerves send signals, creating imbalance throughout the body.

By identifying and gently correcting these primary subluxations, the body often releases tension in many other areas at once, helping muscles relax and restoring better nerve communication.

Precise & Gentle

What to Expect

TRT adjustments are very precise and gentle – many people find them relaxing.

During care, your chiropractor may check tension patterns in your feet and legs, which reflect how the spine and nervous system are functioning.

Because one adjustment often releases several areas of tension at once, you may notice improvements in posture, muscle balance, energy, or overall wellbeing.

Some people feel immediate relief, while others may feel mild soreness – similar to starting a new workout – as the body adapts to functioning better.

No Cracking or Twisting

Why Patients Choose TRT

TRT was originally developed by Dr Jay Holder in the 1990s and is the only chiropractic technique created specifically for a clinical trial. It combines the best elements of several chiropractic methods into one reproducible, research-based approach.

How We Use Access Bars

Access Bars® is a gentle, hands-on technique that involves lightly touching 32 points on the head. These points correspond to different aspects of life - such as stress, health, relationships, and creativity. When activated, they help release stored physical and mental blocks, calm the nervous system, and promote greater ease and wellbeing.

Understanding Access Bars

How it Works

When the Bars points are touched, they create a positive neurological response in the brain. This can “defragment” the electromagnetic charge of stress, limiting thoughts, and stuck emotions, allowing your mind and body to reset. Research has shown measurable reductions in anxiety, depression, and stress following a single session.

No Cracking or Twisting

What To Expect

A session lasts 60 – 90 minutes and feels deeply relaxing – many people describe it as similar to a gentle head massage.

You remain fully clothed, lying comfortably while specific points on your head are lightly touched.

Every session is unique: some people feel lighter and calmer straight away, others notice better sleep, improved focus, or more emotional ease in the days following.

Backed By Studies

Research & Recognition

A 2017 study published in the Journal of Energy Psychology showed that just one 90-minute session of Access Bars significantly reduced the severity of depression and anxiety.

In 2015, neuroscientist Dr. Jeffrey Fannin found that Access Bars produced brainwave changes similar to those seen in advanced meditation – with immediate results.

Today, Access Bars is practiced in over 173 countries by more than 10,000 trained facilitators, and is used in homes, schools, businesses, and even rehabilitation centers worldwide

Auriculotherapy:

Auriculotherapy, also known as ear reflex therapy, is a scientifically recognised method of stimulating specific points on the outer ear that correspond to different areas and functions of the body. Much like a neurological “map,” the ear provides access to the nervous system, allowing us to influence pain pathways, organ function, stress responses, and overall regulation.

Research has shown auriculotherapy may be supportive in areas such as:

We use the Stimplus Pro, an advanced electrical device designed to accurately locate and stimulate these ear points in a safe, non-invasive way. This helps restore balance in the nervous system, reduce pain and tension, support stress management, and enhance the effects of chiropractic care.
