Our Methods Set Us Apart!

We combine gentle, neurologically based techniques with supportive therapies to address stress, restore balance, and improve function. From precise adjustments to advanced evaluations, our methods are designed to help your body heal, adapt, and thrive.

Techniques

Our Techniques to Support Your Care

Alongside Torque Release Technique, we may incorporate other gentle methods to support your healing. These approaches are tailored to your needs and focus on reducing tension, improving function, and helping your body adapt more effectively to stress.

Diversified

A manual chiropractic technique designed to restore normal joint biomechanics. Because joints have a rich nerve supply, these adjustments can also help regulate nervous system function.

Soft Tissue Therapy / Ischemic Compression

Manual pressure is applied to targeted areas of tissue to relieve tension, stimulate blood flow, and support muscle recovery.

SOT Blocking

Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) uses wedge-shaped blocks placed under the pelvis to reduce tension, stabilize spinal alignment, and ease dural stress.

Dry Needling

Acupuncture needles are placed in muscular trigger points to help reduce pain, release tightness, and improve function.

Access Bars

A gentle technique involving light touch on specific points of the head to stimulate positive changes in the brain and release the electromagnetic component of stress, thoughts, and emotions.

Kinesio Taping

Kinesio Tape can support muscles, joints, and fascia by reducing pressure on pain receptors, improving fluid movement, and enhancing performance and recovery.

Precision Care for Your Nervous System

A Gentle, Neurologically Based Technique

Our primary technique is Torque Release Technique (TRT)—a gentle, low-force, and neurologically based method designed to regulate the tone of your nervous system. Using a specialized tool called the Integrator, we can deliver highly precise adjustments that reproduce what the hands were intended to do, but with more accuracy and less force than ever possible by hand. This makes TRT safe, effective, and especially beneficial for patients of all ages.

TRT

Helping Your Body Release Stress and Heal Naturally

TRT works by locating areas where subluxations interfere with your nervous system and gently stimulating them to release stored tension. Each adjustment “balances and tunes” your body’s electrical system, reducing irritation, supporting self-correction, and enhancing your body’s natural ability to repair and heal. With regular care, TRT not only unwinds chronic stress stored in the nervous system but also helps your body adapt more effectively to ongoing physical, chemical, and emotional stress—promoting long-term resilience and wellbeing.

Measuring How Your Body Responds to Stress

We use the Stress Response Evaluation (SRE) to gain a clear picture of how your nervous system is functioning. This gentle, non-invasive test shows us how your body reacts to stress and, just as importantly, how well it recovers. With this insight, we can create a personaliased care plan that helps your system adapt more effectively, restore balance, and improve long-term wellbeing.

What is the Stress Response Evaluation (SRE)?

The NeuroInfiniti Stress Response Evaluation (SRE) is a highly accurate way of measuring how your body responds to stress. This 20-minute computerised exam uses research-grade equipment and sensors placed on your skin (shoulders, head, and hands) to track your neurological responses. There are no needles or penetration of any kind, making it safe and comfortable for all patients.

SRE

How the SRE Works

During the test, your body’s responses to three different stress challenges are measured. The evaluation records key markers such as heart rate, heart rate variability, respiration, skin conductance, temperature, muscle tone, and brain wave activity. Just as important, it shows how well your nervous system recovers afterward. This gives us valuable insight into both your current neurological health and the type of care best suited for your needs.

Understanding The Why

What the Results Tell Us

The SRE provides a detailed picture of your nervous system function. It allows us to see whether your body can adapt and recover effectively after stress. We typically perform an SRE at your first visit (for patients aged 6 and up), and then repeat it at 12 weeks. This lets us track real, measurable changes in your neurological function as care progresses.

Building a Strong Foundation for Health

Your feet form the base of your body’s structure, and when they’re out of balance the effects travel upward—impacting posture, joints, and nervous system function. We use advanced scanning and custom Stabilising Orthotics to restore balance, improve alignment, and support long-term wellbeing.

The Importance of Healthy Feet

Your feet are the foundation of your entire body. They carry your weight, absorb shock, adapt to different terrains, and provide balance. When imbalances or distortions occur in the feet, the effects travel upward—impacting your ankles, knees, hips, and spine. This can disrupt the nervous system and influence your overall health and wellbeing.

Our Foot Levelers Solution

We use the Foot Levelers Associate Platinum Digital Foot Scanner to assess the integrity of all three arches and your weight distribution. If imbalances are found, we may recommend custom-made Stabilising Orthotics. Unlike most orthotics that only support one arch, these are designed to support all three arches of the foot—creating the plantar vault and helping your body stay balanced through every step.
