According to Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise, there is strong evidence a single workout has a positive influence on your immune system while regular exercise has been shown to decrease the risk of many chronic diseases like diabetes and cancer.

In addition to exercise, keeping your immune system healthy begins with a nutritious diet, quality sleep, a positive attitude and regular chiropractic care.
