At Fourways Chiropractic, we are a brain-based practice. We help restore the connection between your brain and body so your nervous system can adapt to stress, recover fully, and function at its best. From pregnancy and childhood to everyday stress and tension, our chiropractic care is designed to support your nervous system and overall wellbeing. We use gentle, neurologically based techniques to reduce interference, help your body adapt to stress, and restore natural balance at every stage of life.
Supporting Health at Every Stage of Life
How We Work
At Fourways Chiropractic, we are a brain-based practice. That means our focus goes far beyond just relieving back pain, neck pain, or headaches — it’s about helping your brain and nervous system function at their best.
Your brain is the master controller of the body. It keeps you alive, helps you adapt to stress, and allows every organ, muscle, and cell to work in harmony. When your brain and nervous system can respond to stress appropriately and then recover, you are in a state of optimum health and well-being.
But when the body becomes “stuck” in survival mode and can’t switch back to recovery, it creates breakdown in the system. Over time, this leads to symptoms like pain, fatigue, digestive issues, poor sleep, brain fog, and lowered resilience.
Chiropractic care works to restore balance by improving the adaptability of your nervous system. With a healthier brain-body connection, your body can better heal, recover, and thrive.

More Than Adjustments
Chiropractors as Doctors of the Nervous System
Chiropractors are trained to diagnose and provide specific care, but unlike medical doctors, we do not treat disease with drugs or surgery. Instead, we focus on helping the nervous system work more efficiently so that the body can heal itself.
We complement the work of other health professionals and support allopathic medicine, but our perspective is proactive: to help people stay healthy, resilient, and adaptable so they don’t break down in the first place.
Supporting Health at Every Stage of Life
Beyond Pain Relief
Many people first visit us for pain — back pain, neck pain, headaches, or migraines. But patients often notice improvements in other areas of life too, such as:
- Better sleep and more energy
- Improved memory and concentration
- Healthier digestion and bowel movements
- A calmer, more resilient response to stress
- A general sense of wellbeing and improved quality of life

Stress, Lifestyle, and Your Nervous System
In today’s fast-paced world, stress is unavoidable — but how your body adapts to it makes all the difference. Stress that overwhelms the nervous system forces the body into constant survival mode, draining your energy and damaging long-term health.
Through gentle, specific adjustments, chiropractors release disturbances in the nervous system so your body can shift out of survival and back into balance. This allows your brain and body to communicate more clearly, adapt to challenges more effectively, and operate with greater ease.
At Fourways Chiropractic, our goal is not just to get you out of pain, but to help you live a life where your brain and body work together at their fullest potential.

How We Help You
We focus on correcting subluxations to ease pain, restore function, and support long-term healing and resilience. Our priority is not only to help you feel better now, but also to address the root causes and support your body in adapting better to everyday stress for lasting wellness.
Unique Technology
The NeuroInfiniti Stress Response Evaluation (SRE) is a highly accurate way of measuring how your body responds to stress. This 20-minute computerised exam uses research-grade equipment and sensors placed on your skin (shoulders, head, and hands) to track your neurological responses. There are no needles or penetration of any kind, making it safe and comfortable for all patients.
Our Approach
Our approach centres on supporting the nervous system, which controls and coordinates every part of your body. When stress creates subluxations, health and vitality are compromised. By correcting these, we help restore balance, improve adaptability, and support overall wellbeing.
Our Methods Set Us Apart!
We combine gentle, neurologically based techniques with modern tools to help your body heal and adapt better to stress. From precision adjustments to advanced assessments, our methods are designed to restore balance and support lasting wellness.
Torque Release Technique (TRT)
Torque Release Technique is a gentle and modern approach to chiropractic care that focuses on improving the connection between your brain, spinal cord, and body. Unlike traditional manual adjustments, TRT uses a small handheld instrument called the Integrator, along with very precise, gentle touches to the spine. This allows your chiropractor to make highly specific corrections without twisting, cracking, or high-force movements.

Supporting Health at Every Stage of Life
Diverse Supportive Techniques
Alongside TRT, we use additional techniques such as SOT, auriculotherapy, soft tissue therapy or dry needling, and kinesio taping. These complementary methods enhance healing, reduce stress, and support your body’s natural adaptability.

Can Chiropractic Care help with ADD/ADHD?
ADD or ADHD stands for attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder. People with this disorder may have trouble concentrating, may be poorly organized, and may be inattentive. This happens because some areas in the brain (prefrontal cortex and anterior cingulate gyrus—responsible for logical thinking) become hypoactive while other areas (hypocampus and amygdala—responsible for…

Yolande de Wet
I was suffering from severe IBS, anxiety with nocturnal panic attacks, and back and neck pain caused by work stress. Since receiving treatment, I’ve experienced improvements in all these areas. I rarely have IBS flare-ups and no longer take medication for it. I was taught how to manage my anxiety, and since then, I haven’t had any panic attacks. The back and neck pain has completely gone. I sleep much better and feel more energetic. I highly recommend Fourways Chiropractic and only wish they had more branches so my family and others could benefit as well.

A huge thank you to Nicole for helping me and giving me a new lease on life. I have tried many other modalities but your process is the only one that addresses tendons and nerve conditions that were causing my discomfort and seriously affecting the quality of my sleep. For the first time in 18 years, since I had glandular fever I can turn my head all the way to the left and right with no pain. I can also bend my knee with full flexion without pain. I haven’t been able to exercise for the last 18 years because exercise triggered pain in my hips, knees and legs. I’ve now been able to start exercising again. My breathing has also improved and the arrhythmia I was experiencing has disappeared completely. I was impressed by your skill and gentle, reassuring manner. I am so grateful, thank you Nicole

Dr Nicole doesn’t just focus on alleviating pain, but rather looks at the patient holistically. Her application of neurologically based chiropractic essentially addresses the underlying stressors and potential pain and illness generators, thus getting to the root cause of the problem. The aim is to change the body’s ‘bad’ habits and create new neural pathways to achieve a sustainable, favourable outcome. I myself have experienced a positive change with her treatments. I feel stronger, more energetic, less anxious and my head seems clearer. As a physiotherapist who treats many patients with chronic pain conditions, I have learned that chronic pain is very complex and not just physical in nature. By tapping into the patient’s story, history and surrounding stressors (in addition to the physical pain) one can make a significant difference to the lives of these patients. This is where neurologically based chiropractic is so beneficial.

At 36 weeks pregnant, one adjustment helped my baby turn head down and I had an easy, natural delivery. Later, close to burnout, chiropractic care helped bring my nervous system out of constant stress and back into balance. It truly marked a turning point in my life. My daughter also stopped having recurring ear infections after just a few sessions.
As a medical doctor, I’ve come to deeply value chiropractic care as a powerful way to address the root cause of issues and support long-term wellbeing. It’s an essential part of a holistic healthcare approach.
Ashley Snow
After 10 years of battling Fibromyalgia, I had given up hope of meaningful relief. Chronic pain, fatigue, and brain fog had taken over my life. But after just two TRT sessions at Fourways Chiropractic, everything began to change.
My daily pain levels dropped from an 8 to a 2, I started sleeping restfully, and I regained mobility I hadn’t felt in years. For the first time, I could spend a full day out shopping without collapsing in exhaustion. Even my mental health improved — I feel more positive, clear, and truly happy again.
I never thought I’d feel this way again. This is just the beginning of my healing, and I’m incredibly grateful.

I consulted with Dr Talia as I have bad posture and I have experienced great improvement in this area. I am also a lot more relaxed and feeling less tension in my body. I have far less tension headaches. The best part of the experience is the kindness of Talia. There is no judgement and it makes it easier to come in knowing I won't be judged. I would most definitely recommend the practice to others.

I highly recommend Fourways Chiropractor, I had severe pain in my left shoulder which kept me awake at night. After going to see Dr Talia Seale for a few visits I am almost pain free, it had made such a difference to my every day life, no more pain killers (which I have been taking every day). Thank you Dr Talia. Also a big thank you to Renee who has been so helpful and friendly. Its a pleasure going to your rooms
Robin
I have seen a remarkable improvement in several areas of my mental and physical well being since beginning treatment with Dr Talia Seale at Fourways Chiropractic. I initially sought treatment for the ongoing ache in my lower back. Not only has the back pain been alleviated, but my debilitating digestive and sleep difficulties have also improved, all contributing to lower levels of anxiety and an enhanced sense of well being. Whilst I expected to achieve physical relief from chiropractic adjustments, I did not expect all the additional benefits and healing from these neurologically-based chiropractic sessions. I am thrilled with the treatment I am receiving and am so grateful to Dr Seale for the kind and patient insight and treatments.
